This 1 day workshop develops interpersonal communication skills using key principles and interaction guidelines.  Participants identify their own primary communication styles and learn to balance and adapt their styles to others.       

Objectives for both managers and employees include:       
  • Understand the importance of practicing good listening techniques

  • Practice using empathetic and relating statements
