This workshop is designed to be delivered either in a 1/2 day introductory format or a full day format, depending upon the goals of the organization.  Both workshops create opportunity for participants to better understand behavioral styles as they relate to various on-the-job characteristics of themselves and others.  Through use of the Myers-Briggs assessment, each participant receives a personal feedback for use in planning their own development.
