This 1 day workshop provides managers with the skills needed to develop an environment of respect for the varied qualities of individuals.  The focus is on managers and employees becoming more accepting of the differences found amongst individuals in the workplace, provided that those differences do not affect performance.  Activities help participants dispel misconceptions related to diversity issues.

 Objectives of this workshop include:
