      This workshop is designed as either a 1/2 day or full day session, depending upon the goals of the organization.  In both formats, the session provides managers the skills required for dealing with the human side of managing change.  Participants examine ways in  which people respond to change and review the necessary steps required to gain acceptance and commitment to change. 

Objectives of this workshop include:

  • Understand the differences between change and transition
  • Understand resistance and how to manage it successfully
  • Understand and practice the value of “opportunity” thinking
