The president, Kay Davis , has over 20 years of experience in leading organizations to higher levels of performance. She holds a Master of Science degree in Occupational Studies with a concentration in Business and Industry Training. Her many professional certifications include PROSCI Change Management, Professional Certification in MOHR (Management of Human Resources) and she is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certified Practitioner. Kay is also a certified practitioner of the Murphy-Meisgeier Type Indicator for Children. |
