This customized project involves assisting organizations with the design of performance appraisal systems which reflect the values and competencies required for success.  The resulting 1 day workshop provides the training opportunity to showcase the performance management cycle, introduce new appraisal forms, and assist both managers and employees in understanding the role they play in the implementation of the new process.

The objectives  of the design work and subsequent workshop is to help managers and employees:
      
  • Provide structured goal setting opportunities
  • Provide  discussion  and planning guides for managers and employees
  • Encourage responsibility for personal development
  • Create  a two-way  performance appraisal form/process
