This workshop  is designed for employees in career transition, either through   job  loss or personal choices of seeking new employment opportunities.  Length of the workshop varies based upon the needs of the organization and/or individual.  Typically, a series of several 1/2 day meetings are presented during which time participants are coached in the areas of conducting successful job searches. 

  Objectives for participants include:                            

• Overview of job search techniques
  

• Development of resumes
  

• Preparing  for interviews
