This  1 day workshop helps familiarize managers with the organization's hiring process and builds the skills needed to conduct effective employment interviews and select the best candidate for the job.  If applicable, managers are also trained to conduct effective "panel" interviews (where candidates are interviewed by several company representatives during the same meeting).
