This 1 day workshop is designed to assist organizations in defining the competencies required for success.  Group interaction is facilitated by our trainer while representatives of various work units review competencies from which to choose those most relevant to the work environment.  Often, this process is conducted as an initial phase in  an organization's efforts to redesign the performance management system while evaluating and revising performance appraisal forms.

• Define specific behaviors which support competencies

• Create opportunities for development of competencies
